ODACC is responsible for administering adjudications and for training and certifying adjudicators. Join ODACC staff as they discuss the adjudication process. Ontario Dispute Adjudication for Construction Contracts (“ODACC”) is the Authorized Nominating Authority (“ANA”) under the Construction Act. As the ANA, ODACC is responsible for administering construction-related adjudications and for training and qualifying Adjudicators. ODACC derives its powers from the Construction Act and Ontario Regulation 306/18, accessible at the following links:

What is Adjudication?

Adjudicator Registry
Visit the Adjudicator Registry to find a certified Adjudicator.
Becoming an Adjudicator
Only Adjudicators listed in the Adjudicator Registry are permitted to conduct adjudications and make Determinations under the Construction Act. Information on how to become an Adjudicator is available on the certification page of our website.
Commencing an Adjudication
The adjudication process commences when the Claimant provides the Respondent with a Notice of Adjudication (and sends ODACC an electronic copy). For further information on how to commence an adjudication, please refer to Commencing an Adjudication.
